David brings over a decade of executive leadership and investment experience and is a world-renowned expert and industry leader in Bitcoin. Since co-founding BTC Inc. in 2013, where he currently serves as CEO, David has expanded the Company’s media portfolio from a single print publication, yBitcoin, to the world’s biggest Bitcoin media brands, including Bitcoin Magazine and the Bitcoin Conference. He is also co-founder and General Partner at UTXO Management. David serves on the Boards of Moon Inc (HK Asia Holdings Limited), the Bitcoin Policy Institute, and BTC Inc. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Alabama.

Tyler leads origination and investment strategy for the Nakamoto Bitcoin Treasury at KindlyMD. Tyler brings extensive investment and technological expertise, from his role as Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer of UTXO Management, which he co-founded with David Bailey, and as a Director and co-founder of BTC Inc. Tyler sits on the Boards of Metaplanet Inc., Smarter Web Company PLC, Matador Inc., and BTC Inc. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Alabama.

Andrew brings over two decades of executive leadership and experience in media and technology. He recently served as Secretary at Nakamoto Holdings Inc., overseeing fundraising and merger activities with KindlyMD, and currently serves as Interim Chief Commercial Officer at BTC Inc. Andrew provides consulting services through Advice by AC, LLC and has held advisory roles with companies including Seed Health LLC, Commune Media LLC, FoundryWorks Inc., VICE Holdings Inc., and NeuBio LLC. Andrew has served as a Board member of The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research since January 2016. He holds a B.Sc. Honors in Physics from Manchester University, UK.

Amanda brings over a decade of experience in scaling Bitcoin infrastructure, mining, and investing strategies. She co-founded Second Gate Advisory, an influential firm offering strategic advisory services to growth-stage Bitcoin and Bitcoin mining companies. She was the Head of Mining at Galaxy Digital from 2020 to 2023 and the Director of Bitcoin Mining at Fidelity Investments from 2013 to 2020. Amanda serves as a Board Member of Terawulf Inc. (NASDAQ: WULF). She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a concentration in Criminal Justice from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.

Tim Pickett, MPAS-C, is the founder and CEO of KindlyMD, a healthcare organization established in 2019. He brings more than a decade of medical and executive leadership experience. Tim previously practiced in general surgery, trauma, and emergency medicine with Steward Medical Group in Utah. His clinical work across outpatient, surgical, and critical care settings profoundly shaped his view of the opioid crisis. In 2024, Tim led KindlyMD through its Nasdaq IPO, bringing to the national stage its mission to end the opioid crisis through alternative medicine and integrated healthcare. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Economics and a Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Utah.

Jared Barrera, MBA has served as CFO of KindlyMD since 2022, bringing two decades of finance and accounting expertise within healthcare and banking. His experience ranges from revenue optimization, business intelligence, financial modeling, and lending and credit analysis, to GAAP accounting, revenue cycle management, collections management, payroll processing, and auditing. He played a key role in leading KindlyMD through its 2024 Nasdaq IPO, ensuring the company’s financial readiness and regulatory compliance. Jared earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting and a Master’s of Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from Utah Valley University.
